United 94 is the Official Select Soccer Club of Worthington Youth Boosters Soccer.

Why the name Worthington United 94?

Worthington United was established by Worthington Youth Boosters in 1994 to be the WYB Select Soccer program.
WYB Worthington United became WYB Worthington Crew Jrs in 2008. The affiliation with Crew Juniors ended in the summer of 2012 and Worthington United was reestablished as United 94. Our primary goal has always been to allow participants in the Worthington Soccer Community to find the appropriate level of soccer play in a quality environment at an affordable cost. We will continue to honor this commitment.

Where we currently stand in the Central OH soccer scene..

We are now sponsoring 38 teams (U8 through U18) that compete locally in MOSSL, BUCKEYE PREMIER and OCL affiliated leagues as well as Central OH and regional-based (OH and surrounding state tournaments) tournaments.

Tryouts will begin in late May for Fall 2016/ Spring 2017 teams. Specific dates and ages will be announced in the MOSSL Tryout magazine and on the website. Advertisements will also be shared through Worthington Schools. Players will be expected to commit to play for both Fall 2016 and Spring 2017 seasons.

What are the current costs?

The Full Year Costs have been approved by the WYB Board. Please visit for fees.

What fields do United 94  teams use?
United 94 will be using the fields that are available in Worthington and to WYB. These fields will include Worthington City School fields, Worthington Parks fields, and Columbus Parks fields located within the Worthington School System. We currently use Perry Park (behind Phoenix Middle School off Snouffer and Linworth Roads) as our Club Hub.

Can Outside Worthington residents tryout with United 94?
Yes, outside residents can tryout and play within United 94 for the same cost as a Worthington City School resident. United 94 has the same requirements as any other Select Soccer Club that plays within MOSSL and OCL.

Who will be the trainers for the new program?
The United 94 Program will be led by Rob Smith: a former Crew Player, Worthington resident and school teacher, and former Youth National Team Member and 1996 Olympian. The Girls and Boys programs are led by Ibro Aranautovic (US Soccer A Licensed Coached and former professional player) and Johnny Ulry (2012 OCC Coach of the Year with Hilliard Darby Boys Coach and active club coach within Central OH) respectively. All coaches are licensed, have experience playing soccer at various levels, and most importantly, have a passion both for the sport and for working with youth.

What leagues will Worthington United 1994 teams be playing?
Worthington United will be supporting teams in OCL, MOSSL, Buckeye Premier and higher leagues if eligible. Our goal is to allow the player and teams the ability to play at appropriate levels that will help them continually grow as players and people. We believe competition is strong enough locally that players can develop without travelling out of Central OH on a continual basis.

WYB and United 94 will strive to serve our Mission Statement: providing children who reside or attend school within the Worthington School District, an opportunity to build self-esteem by enjoying organized sports programs which are rooted in the principles of participation, sportsmanship and skill development. Our first priority is THE PLAYER. Through WYB and United94 opportunities a player can develop in the Worthington through quality programming from Tots (3-4 years old) to Recreational Play to OCL and to Select.
